Inspired by French-Algerian dancer, Sofia Boutella, this collection is about breaking free from self imposed and societal restrictions. Movement, freedom, graceful flow, all the qualities a dance inspires is what Brooke tries to capture in Sofia’s lines, shapes and silhouettes. As in all our collections we try to create a harmony and balance with juxtaposing elements such as our bold, rich dramatic reds and wines married with soft, romantic blushes, nudes, and natural white color palettes. Or our pretty, ephemeral, ethereal fabrics with raw, inverted and unfinished seams, trimmings and details. Like Sofia, this collection evokes a quiet, romantic, sensual elegance with the fierce, determined, passionate soul of a dancer.
